Fathom Robotics supports U.S. Government and leading defense companies across the full lifecycle of uncrewed maritime systems: R&D, payload integration, operations, and sustainment. We work with our customers to get uncrewed systems from the assembly line and into the mission. Our team works hands-on with real platforms, on real programs, running live USV operations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are always looking for talented, motivated people across the following areas:

• USV Operators

• USV Maintenance Technicians

• Boat Captains

• Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Network Engineers comfortable working in operational field environments

• Drone Operators with maritime operations experience

Most of our roles require an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one. We will support the right candidate through the clearance process.

We hire for drive and technical aptitude. A non-traditional background with the right experience will always get a serious look.
